Individual Therapy
(Virtual Only)

Individual therapy offers a confidential, compassionate space to explore your unique experiences. Areas of focus may include (but are not limited to): anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, identity shifts, relationship changes, burnout, grief, and loss.

After completing an initial intake session, a collaborative plan will be developed together to work towards your identified hopes, using evidence-informed approaches within a supportive therapeutic relationship. Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long unless otherwise discussed, with the frequency and number of sessions depending on the approach being used, your presenting concerns, and identified hopes.

*See FAQ section below for more details.

Group Therapy
(Virtual Only)

Group therapy offers a structured, time-limited opportunity to learn evidence-informed approaches to cope with changes in mood, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships. Groups also provide a space to connect with others who may share similar experiences and to hear different perspectives.

A brief screening will be completed to ensure that group therapy would be a good fit based on your presenting concerns and hopes. For most groups, there will also be 1 to 3 individual sessions as a part of the process. Group sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes long and happen on a weekly basis, depending on the approach being used.

Upcoming group dates/times and topics will be shared on Instagram, Facebook, under events, and with anyone who is on the waitlist.

*See FAQ section below for more details.

Clinical consultations are offered for mental health professionals seeking support and guidance with their clinical work. I bring an intentional, trauma-informed approach guided by experience using a variety of therapeutic interventions to support children, youth, families, and parents. Meetings are tailored to your individual needs and goals as a clinician, with options for flexible arrangements and frequency.

With a background in community-based practice and leadership, I also offer consultation to organizations seeking guidance in a variety of areas, including clinical program development and evaluation.

The cost of consultation will vary based on what type of support is being requested, and will be discussed on an individual basis.

Please note that I am not currently offering clinical supervision for students at this time.
